Dumpster rental costs start from $399 depending on the size you need. Our 10-yard dumpsters start at $399, 15-yard at $450, 20-yard at $525, and 30-yard at $599. Final pricing depends on your location and the type of material. All rentals include up to 14 days.
For small cleanouts or minor renovations, a 10-yard dumpster is perfect. Medium projects need a 15-yard. Most home projects like roofing or large cleanouts need a 20-yard dumpster (our most popular). Major renovations or construction projects typically require a 30-yard dumpster.
Call before 12:00 PM for the OPPORTUNITY of same-day delivery (subject to availability). You can choose AM (6AM-12PM) or PM (12PM-5PM) delivery windows. We'll call you when the driver is en route if requested.
We cannot accept hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, asbestos, tires, batteries, electronics (e-waste), medical waste, and flammable liquids. Most construction debris, household junk, yard waste, and renovation materials are perfectly fine.
If placing on your private property, you typically don't need a permit. For public streets, most cities require permits. However, our dump trailers are street-tagged and often require NO PERMIT in DC/Baltimore areas - a major advantage!
We proudly serve the DMV area including Maryland (Silver Spring, Bethesda, Rockville, and surrounding areas), Virginia (Arlington, Fairfax, and surrounding areas), and all quadrants of Washington DC.
Our base rental includes up to 14 days from delivery. You must call us when ready for pickup. Additional days beyond 14 days incur a fee of $20 per day.
