Most home projects like roofing or large cleanouts need a 20-yard dumpster (our most popular). Major renovations or construction projects typically require a 30-yard dumpster. Our base rental includes up to 14 days from delivery. You must call us when ready for pickup. Additional days beyond 14 days incur a fee of $20 per day. This gives you plenty of time for most projects without rushing.

For safety and environmental regulations, we cannot accept hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, asbestos, tires, batteries, electronics (e-waste), medical waste, and flammable liquids. We DO handle freon removal from appliances. Most construction debris, household junk, yard waste, and renovation materials are perfectly fine.

If you're placing the dumpster on your private property (driveway, yard), you typically don't need a permit. For public street placement, most cities require a permit. HOWEVER: Dump trailers are street-tagged and often NO PERMIT is required in DC/Baltimore areas - this is a major advantage! Standard roll-off dumpsters on streets typically do need permits. We can help guide you through the permit process for your area.

For 10, 15, and 20 yard sizes, you can choose between two container types: DUMP TRAILERS are perfect for homeowners - they're street-tagged and often require no permit in DC/Baltimore areas, making them ideal for residential projects. They're also slightly cheaper than roll-off. ROLL-OFF DUMPSTERS are heavy-duty commercial-grade containers ideal for contractors and professional job sites with higher weight capacity. You pick based on your needs! 30 yard containers are roll-off only.

Call before 12:00 PM for the OPPORTUNITY of same-day delivery (subject to availability). Same-day is not guaranteed but we do our best to accommodate when possible. You can choose AM (6AM-12PM) or PM (12PM-5PM) delivery windows. We'll call you when the driver is en route if requested.

Weight limits: 10-yard (1 ton), 15-yard (1.5 tons), 20-yard (2 tons), 30-yard (3 tons). If you exceed the limit, there's an overage charge of $125 per additional ton. We'll let you know if your load is overweight before charging any additional fees. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, or roofing shingles can add up quickly.

Yes, but concrete and dirt must be CLEAN (no trash or mixed materials) and have special fill limits. Construction/demolition debris EXCLUDES concrete and dirt - these require separate disposal. Fill limits: 10 yd to top; 15 yd ~12" below top; 20 yd ~18" below top. Maximum 20-yard container for heavy materials. Clean concrete starts at $625, clean dirt starts at $625. Mixed concrete/dirt requires a quote.

We'll deliver your dumpster to your specified location - just make sure there's enough clearance (60 feet length, 10 feet width, 20 feet height for truck access). Driveway protection (plywood boards) must be provided by the customer if needed. When you're done, call us for pickup with 24-hour notice and we'll remove it.

We accept all major credit cards (with a 3% processing fee), ACH transfers, checks, Zelle, and Venmo. For qualified businesses, we offer Net 30 terms with a credit card on file. Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements are made.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may change based on availability and market conditions after this period. Lock in your rate by booking within the quote validity period.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. We understand plans change and will work with you when possible.

Safety is our priority. Delays are expected during severe weather conditions. We cannot guarantee delivery times during storms, heavy snow, or dangerous conditions. We may close operations during inclement weather and will reschedule as soon as safely possible.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, Saturday 8AM-12PM. We are closed Sundays and may be closed on major holidays. Deliveries and pickups are scheduled during our operating hours only.
